In Romania, the exemptions applicable to Regulation (EU) no. 2021\/782 are regulated by HG no. 527\/2023.<\/p>\n\n<\/p>\n\n

For tickets\/reservations purchased from other carriers, passengers will submit the filled in “EU Common Form” to the issuing carrier, to the address in the attached list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
