The National Railway Transport Company “C.F.R. C\u0103l\u0103tori”- SA, hereinafter referred to as C.F.R. C\u0103l\u0103tori, headquartered in Bucharest, Dinicu Golescu Boulevard, no. 38, sector 1, established by the Government Decision no. 584\/1998, duly amended and completed according to the regulations provided by H.G. 274 \/ 22.02.2001 and H.G. no. 1199\/2002 is a Romanian legal person, with state capital, having the legal form of a joint stock company, operating in accordance with the legislation in force and the statute of the National Railway Passenger Company.<\/p>\n

CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori carries out activities of national and social public interest and satisfies the defense needs of the country and has as main activity the performance of the public transport of passengers by rail.<\/p>\n
