• The offer is valid for 2nd and 1st classes
• Passengers shall use the trains written on the ticket and boarding on these trains must be done on the days registered on the ticket.
• The offer does NOT allow changing the class or the route
• The ticket issued under the SMART NoFLEX offer cannot be changed or refunded
• Seat reservations (day or berth coach) issued in connection with the SMART NoFLEX offer are non-changeable and non-refundable
• To reserve the seat (day or berth coach) the reservation fee is paid additionally.
• The offer does NOT allow travel in the sleeping car.
