How can I buy?

Vending machines are easy to use via a touch screen.

The ticket can be purchased in a very short time, following a simple procedure: choose the travel dates, the route, the type of train and the ticket.

Vending machines offer a wide range of services:

  • Informing passengers about train journeys (train departure and arrival times).
  • Sale of tickets
  • Purchase tickets and season tickets up to 30 days in advance, including for the return journey
  • Payment by card, of the purchased tickets and printing of the related receipt for the bank transaction.

Important! Payment for tickets can only be made by card.

How do I buy a ticket?

Tickets purchased from vending machines have the same regime as the ones purchased from any counter of railway stations.

Attention! At the vending machines, a ticket is printed for each passenger. If all the paid tickets are not printed or there are other problems, you can contact the CFR Călători sales staff (shift manager, station manager) of the respective station.

What kind of ticket can I buy from the vending machines?

You can buy full price tickets, child, student, round trip tickets, for 1-st and 2-nd class including sleeping car, berth car.

Can I also buy season tickets?
Yes, you can also buy weekly and monthly travel passes.

Season tickets can be purchased on any day of the month, at any time, 30 days in advance of the start date of their validity, on any type of train, on any route.
