  • If you have many friends and you travel together, you can benefit from the group discount! The group discount is given according to the number of people in the group and starts from 15%!

Conditions:
– group consisting of at least 20 people
– discounts are granted on Regio or Interregio trains, 2nd class, single journey, for requests made with at least 6 days in advance (calculated without the current day)

 The Timișoara Easter Fair, which will take place in Liberty Square, awaits its visitors with all kinds of handmade products, starting with sweets and inked eggs, to decorations, souvenirs or jewelry and can be visited until April the 18th, 2023, inclusive.

Have you arrived at the station and are in a hurry to catch the train? Is there a queue at the ticket office? Choose to buy the train ticket in domestic traffic directly from the ticket vending machine.

How can I buy?

The ticket vending machines are easy to use, by means of touchscreen.

The ticket can be bought in a very short time, by following a simple procedure: choose the travel data, the route, the type of train and the ticket for the seat.

The ticket vending machines offer a wide range of services:

  • Informing the passenger with regard to the train timetable (departure and arrival times for the trains)
  • Selling train tickets
  • Buying tickets and passes up to 30 days in advance, including for the return trip
  • Payment by card of the purchased tickets and printing the corresponding receipt for the banking transaction.

Important! Payment for the tickets may be made only by card.

How do I buy a ticket?

Choose the travel data, the route, the type of train and the ticket for the seat.

The tickets purchased from the ticket vending machines have the same regime as the tickets purchased from any ticket office in the stations.

Attention! The ticket vending machines print a ticket for each passenger. If not all the tickets which you paid for are printed or any other problems appear, you may address the CFR Călători commercial staff (shift manager, station manager) from the respective station.

Which type of tickets can I buy from the ticket vending machines?

The following types of tickets can be purchased: full price tickets, tickets for children, tickets for pupils, round trip tickets, for the 1st and 2nd classes, including for berth and sleeper coaches.

Can I buy passes?

Yes, you can also purchase weekly and monthly passes.

The passes may be purchased in any day of the month, at any hour, with a 30 day advance from the validity start date, for any type of train, for any distance.

The “TRAIN TO SKATE” campaign

Discounts When Entering the Allianz-Ţiriac Arena Skating Rink For Persons Showing a Train Ticket

 

The campaign supports the fans of sports on ice who wish to pratice them no matter the weather outside, and to reach by train the Allianz-Ţiriac Arena Skating Rink from Otopeni.

CFR Călători, in cooperation with the Ţiriac Foundation and the Allianz-Ţiriac Arena Skating Rink, encourages practicing sports among children, teenagers and adults. People travelling by train on the Bucharest North – Patinoarul PO (Otopeni) route, shall be granted discounts when entering the Allianz-Ţiriac Arena Skating Rink, on the basis of the train ticket.

The TRAIN TO SKATE takes place between 08.04.2023 – 31.05.2023, as follows:

People who wish to skate purchase a ticket for the CFR Călători train, on the Bucharest North – Patinoarul PO (Otopeni) route, from the official sales points listed in the offer’s regulation, and, at the skating rink’s reception, the price of the train travel shall be deducted from the price of the skating rink access ticket. The discount shall be granted onlyon the basis of a physical or digital ticket. If payment has been made on the ticket validators on board the train, the discount cannot be applied, due to the absence of a printed or digital ticket. The discount shall be applied only for trains operated by CFR Călători.

Starting with the 17th of February 2022, both the tourists, as well as the residents in the city of Bucharest and Ilfov county can travel with a single ticket with all the modes of transport available in the Bucharest – Ilfov area: TRAIN – UNDERGROUND – TRAM – BUS – TROLLEYBUS.

The price for a metropolitan pass starts at 20 lei, for a validity of 24 hours.

There are several options for an INTEGRATED METROPOLITAN PASS – valid for 24 hours, 72 hours, one month, 6 months or 12 months.

These types of metropolitan passes allow for various combinations of transport modes

Linie directă de autobuz între Gara Brașov și baza pârtiilor din Poiana Brașov

Din 18 ianuarie 2022, iubitorii sporturilor de iarnă care aleg să meargă cu Trenurile Zăpezii  la Braşov vor putea folosi linia 100 de autobuz – Poiana Expres, pentru a ajunge de la gară la baza pârtiilor din Poiana Brașov.

Primăria Brașov a prelungit traseul autobuzelor de pe linia 100 până la Gara Brașov.

Programul de circulaţie a autobuzelor de pe această linie este adaptat sosirilor şi plecărilor trenurilor din direcţia Bucureşti – Ploieşti, zona din care vin majoritatea turiştilor.

Costul călătoriei este de 6 lei și se poate plăti atât la casele de bilete din stațiile de autobuz, cât și electronic prin aplicația 24 Pay.

Durata scurtă a călătoriei cu Trenurile Zăpezii de 2 ore, respectiv 2 ore și 20 de minute dinspre Capitală spre Brașov și invers, combinată cu oferta de transport cu autobuzul reprezintă o alternativă rapidă și verde la traficul aglomerat de pe Valea Prahovei.
